We design and supply premium furniture and lifestyle products within Australia.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the ACL.

Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
For minor failures, we may elect to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.

3. Product Information & Natural Materials

We take care to present our products accurately. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings.

  • Dimensions may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerance.

  • Solid timber and natural materials feature inherent variations including grain, knots, tonal shifts, and seasonal movement.

These characteristics are part of the product’s natural beauty and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to improve product specifications without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially affect performance or quality.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing or typographical errors

  • Adjust pricing without prior notice

  • Cancel orders affected by system or listing errors

If an error impacts your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Delivery restrictions

  • Payment verification concerns

  • Pricing or listing errors

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

6. Delivery & Risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery access is suitable (including stair access, lift size, doorway clearance)

  • Inspecting goods upon delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by freight carriers

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information

  • Additional costs caused by site access issues

7. Assembly & Installation

Many products require assembly.

We recommend professional assembly for larger items.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper assembly

  • Over-tightening screws

  • Use of power tools causing structural stress

  • Modification of the product

Assembly services (if offered) are provided separately and may be subject to additional terms.

8. Returns & Remedies

Returns and remedies are governed by Australian Consumer Law and our separate Return & Refund Policy.

For approved returns:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible

  • Large furniture returns may incur collection or restocking fees (where permitted by law)

Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

  • We are not responsible for commercial losses resulting from delayed delivery.

This limitation does not exclude statutory rights under the ACL.

All website content, including:

  • Product photography

  • Styling imagery

  • Designs

  • Logos

  • Copywriting
