Is your furniture made from 100% solid wood?

Yes, absolutely. At Miuz, we specialize in 100% solid wood furniture. Unlike many mass-produced items, we do not use veneers, MDF, or particle board. Each piece is crafted from premium timber to ensure durability and a timeless aesthetic for your home.

Will there be natural variations in the wood grain or color?

Yes. Since we use natural solid wood, every piece is unique. Variations in grain patterns, knots, and slight color differences are natural characteristics of the timber. These are not flaws but rather the "fingerprint" of the tree, making your furniture one-of-a-kind.

Are the materials you use sustainable?

We care deeply about the environment. Our timber is sourced from sustainably managed forests. We also use eco-friendly finishes and oils to ensure that our furniture is safe for your family and the planet.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we provide shipping services across Australia. From major cities like Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane to regional areas, we work with specialized furniture couriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and your delivery postcode. You can see the exact shipping rate at the checkout page before completing your purchase.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For in-stock items, we typically dispatch within 3-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific lead time mentioned on the product page.

Will the courier deliver the furniture inside my home?

Our standard delivery is a "Curbside/Front Door" service. For large items, the driver may need assistance. If you require "Room of Choice" or "White Glove" delivery, please contact our team for a personalized quote before placing your order.

Does the furniture come pre-assembled?

Most of our furniture (like bedside tables and benches) comes fully assembled or requires very minimal assembly (such as simply attaching the legs). Detailed instructions and necessary tools are provided in the package.

How should I maintain my solid wood furniture?

To keep your wood beautiful for years, avoid direct sunlight and placing it near heaters. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. For spills, wipe immediately with a slightly damp cloth. We recommend applying high-quality wood wax or oil every 6-12 months to maintain its luster.

What is your warranty policy?

We stand by our craftsmanship. Miuz offers a 12-month structural warranty on all furniture. This covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We want you to love your Miuz piece. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.

Do you have a physical showroom?

We operate as a factory-direct brand to offer you the best possible prices by cutting out the middleman. While we don't have a traditional high-street showroom, we may allow viewings at our warehouse by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange a time.
