Refund policy

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

  • Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

We do not exclude or limit any rights you are entitled to under the ACL.


2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • Item must be in resale condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for large furniture items.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Assembled items

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Damaged area

    • Full product image

We will assess and offer:

  • Replacement parts

  • Partial refund

  • Full replacement

  • Full refund (if deemed major failure)

Please retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.


4. Faulty or Defective Products

If your product:

  • Cannot perform its intended function

  • Has manufacturing defects

  • Has structural failure

  • Has hardware misalignment preventing assembly

Please contact us within 7 days of discovery.

We may:

  • Provide replacement parts

  • Offer repair guidance

  • Replace the item

  • Issue refund (depending on severity)


5. Missing Parts

If parts are missing:

  • Notify us within 7 days

  • Provide assembly page reference and photos

We will dispatch replacement parts as soon as possible at no cost.


6. Incorrect Item / Wrong Colour

If you receive:

  • Incorrect product

  • Incorrect colour

  • Wrong variant

We will arrange return freight and send the correct item at no cost to you.


7. Natural Characteristics of Solid Wood

Our solid wood furniture may feature:

  • Natural grain variation

  • Minor knots

  • Colour tone variation

  • Slight expansion or contraction due to climate

These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

All solid wood products are fumigated and treated prior to dispatch.


8. Assembly Responsibility

Some items require assembly.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly

  • Overtightening screws

  • Use of power tools causing splitting

If you are unsure, we recommend professional assembly.


9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 3–5 business days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
